Presentation Folders

Presentation folders offer a professional image, helping guests keep the relevant and necessary materials and information needed to boost your sales and credibility.  They are also a prominent reminder of the event or meeting afterwards.

Quantity

• Technical:  printed on offset press.  Free protective gloss AQ coating included.

Size: final size after it is folded

• 9" x 12":  big enough to fit 8.5"x11" flyers and letters.

Paper Type

• 12pt C2S:  thick card stock coated 2 sides.  Often used for presentation folders, bookmarks rack cards, postcards, rack cards.

Printing

• Color on Outside Cover + Pockets: On one side, we will be printing the full spectrum of colors mixed from CMYK process colors (does not include any PMS Spot or RGB colors).  The printed side will be cut and converted into the outside cover and the pockets/flaps of the presentation folder.  The inside will be left blank white (no printing).
• Color on Outside & Inside of Cover & Pockets: On both sides, we will be printing the full spectrum of colors mixed from CMYK process colors (does not include any PMS Spot colors or RGB colors). The printed side will be cut and converted into the presentation folder, which means the outside and inside of both the cover and the pockets/flaps will have printing on them.

Business Card Orientation

High-Gloss Coating

• None:  If the product is ordered in high quantities (1000 or more) or printed on the offset press, the product will include Gloss AQ coating, which protects the surface of the paper from dirt, smudges, fingerprints and scratch and improves durability of the print product. It is placed inline while the paper is on the press.


• Yes, on Cover and Pocket(s):  UV gloss will be applied on the outside cover and pockets.  UV Gloss is shiny clear coating that resembles a lamination and protects cards from scratches. It also enhances the density of colors to give photographs a rich look. However, you cannot write on a business card with UV gloss coating. UV coating also tends to show fingerprints on dark solid background colors.

• Turnaround time begins once you have paid the order in full and your file is provided ready to print or approved to print.
• If your print order is submitted and approved by 12pm PST on any business day, turnaround time begins the same day. If it is submitted and approved after 12pm PST on any business day, production will begin the next business day.
