Paper Type

• 24lb White Wove:  standard white envelope paper

Size:  it's a good idea to get an envelope that is slightly larger (about 0.25" each dimension) than the print product you are placing inside it

• Business/Commercial Envelopes:  Regular means closed face (no window) and Window means the envelope has a window.  All of these envelopes have a diagonal seam.
  
• #10 Regular (4.125 x 9.5"):  these are the most common business envelopes and they fit tri-fold 8.5x11 letters in them.
• #10 Window (4.125 x 9.5":  these are most commonly used for billing invoices because it leaves a window for the customer name and address.
• #9 Regular (3.875 x 8.875"):  this is also called a return envelope
• #9 Window (3.875 x 8.875"):  this is also called a return envelope
• Booklet (open side) Envelopes:  open flap is on the long side
• 6" x 9" Booklet
• 9" x 12" Booklet
• 10" x 13" Booklet
• Catalog Envelopes (open end) Envelopes:  open flap is on the short side
• 6" x 9" Catalog
• 9" x 12" Catalog

• Announcement Envelopes:  typically these envelopes are meant to send cards.

Printing

• One-Color:  your file will be printed using only one ink.  Our standard colors are black, reflex blue, and standard red.  Any other color would be a uniquely mixed PMS ink.  If you'd like another color, please specify the PMS code under "Additional Instructions."
• Two-Colors:  your file will be printed using only 2 ink colors.  Our standard colors are black, reflex blue, and standard red.  Any other color would be a uniquely mixed PMS ink.  If you'd like another color, please specify the PMS code under "Additional Instructions."

Ready to Ship/Pick-up In

• Standard turnaround time is 5-10 Business Days
• Rush 3-5 Business Days available
• Turnaround time begins once you have paid the order in full and your file is provided ready to print or approved to print.
• If your print order is submitted and approved by 12pm PST on any business day, turnaround time begins the same day. If it is submitted and approved after 12pm PST on any business day, production will begin the next business day.

FILE HELP
1-Color Printing
For any product that involves 1-color printing, please submit your file as a grayscale file.  Anything that is black or gray on your file will be printed using the color ink you chose.  For example, if you choose standard red, the black parts on your file will be printed solid red and the gray parts will be printed with less red in that area.

2-Color Printing
For any product that involves 2-color printing, please submit your file only as black and magenta.  The parts in black will be printed using the first color you choose, and the magenta will be printed using the second color you chose.
