Explanation of Product Options

Size

• 8' width x 8' height (square)
• 9' width x 8' height (rectangle - horizontal / landscape orientation)
• 10' width x 8' height (rectangle - horizontal / landscape orientation

Your artwork files that you send for print should fit the exact size of the print you ordered. However, you should allow for 3" on the top and the bottom to just be the background because there will be two 3” pole pockets sewn in at the top and bottom so that the stand could hold up the banner. The seams from the hemmed pole pocket will be visible 3” from the top and bottom of the graphic.

Material

• 9 oz. polyester fabric: This is a nice wrinkle-free fabric great for photos. The material is also soft and does not cause a shiny glare like other glossy vinyl banner materials.

File Requirements

Before uploading your artwork, please make sure that your file meets the following requirements:

• Accepted file formats: .PDF (best results), .EPS, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .CDR (Microsoft files should be converted to PDF files to avoid any changes across computers)
• Resolution: 300 dpi
• Bleed: if any graphics or background colors touch the cut line (edge of paper), the file must be extended 0.25" greater than the width and height of the final product size (0.125" each side).
• Color mode: CMYK (not RGB or Pantone colors)
• Safety zone: important text and logos should be at least 0.125" inside of the cutting edge
• Fonts: outline, embed, or flatten fonts to avoid any font changes
